Job Description

1. Job Purpose:

To govern and support in implementation and monitoring of learning and development activities. Ensure that all learning & development experiences are enhanced through adequate and efficient learning aids/tools both online and offline. Provide timely people development reports and analysis to support decision making. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders and learners through effective communication.

 

2. Main Responsibilities:

 

·       Assist to prepare training related reports, analysis, and presentations.

·       Ensure learners receive best-in-class learning experience through effective organisation of training materials, venue, food and beverage, checking that all requirements are met and ready before training sessions start.

·       Coordinate and organize new joiners’ orientation from pre-boarding until completion of e-learning courses required for new joiners.

·       Act as language learning course manager such as English Clinic. This includes sourcing for course vendor, manage registration, monitor attendance, and report the result.

·       Enrol employees to compulsory e-learning courses and track completion. Monitor and report eLearning progress and participation, reporting any discrepancies.

·       Familiarize and champion in using and managing company’s learning management system (LMS)

·       Manage the inventory of training materials and aids, ensuring that materials are available in good condition at all times.

·       Work with Corporate communication team to develop course advertisement, announcement for course registrations. Coordinate with brands and other business units for registration.

·       Assist in developing/curating courses as assigned (under supervision of direct manager)

·       Maintain accurate schedule of training activities and employee training records, reporting any discrepancies and/or system errors.

·       Process Purchase Request and Purchase Orders in accordance to company policies.

·       Arrange meetings with suppliers/vendors.

·       Actively participate in all HR activities.

·       Carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.

 

Qualification

Qualification:

·     Good planning and organising skills.

·     Ability to work independently to deliver results.

·     Ability to perform a wide range of multi-tasks.

·     Proficiency in English and computer literate.

·     Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills.

 

Education:

·     Minimum bachelor degree in Human Resources Development or any related fields.

Experience:

·     Minimum 3-year experiences in training or related filed with international companies with proven records.
