Job Description

What is your focus:

To support Minor Food Innovation Team to create, innovate, co-ordinate, develop, document, and manage innovative new products for Minor Food Group

Qualification

What makes you MFIT for this opportunity: 

• A foodie, that’s enjoys western, Thai and Asian cuisines.
• Experienced in cookery, culinary, recipe design and some formal culinary training, minimum of 3 – 5 years
• Creative, innovative with a touch of commercial experience
• Great at organizing food tastings, presentations, and facility management
• Ready to support food development projects, for major global QSR & Casual dining brands
• Familiar with MS office, oracle and basic office support functions
• Supports documentation, administration, and tracking of new recipes and product launches
• 60% foodie 40% administration
