Job Description

Job Purpose:

Provide Brands (Product and Services) of superior quality and value that offer 100% customer satisfaction. Build profitable leadership brands through business leadership, winning strategies, innovation and flawless execution (Brand / Segment base focus). Responsible for the overall management, direction and coordination which will result in the fulfilment of planned sales and profit objectives and ensure long-term optimum growth consistent with market trends and conditions.

 Main Responsibilities:

  • Planning and Controlling - provide written specific short term and long term objectives, action programs, schedules which budgets and coordinates with Operations, Finance and Human Resource to ensure objectives are met on time and in the quality at minimise cost. 
  • Marketing & Strategies – direct, develop and implement marketing plans and manage periodic dynamic market that consists with corporate objectives.
  • Develop both long and short-term strategies to lead Sizzler brand to be the King of Grill and Salad.
  • Maintain good working relationship and coordinate with Operations team, Purchasing and New product development team with a view to ensure a proper implementation of marketing plans consistent with the company's short and long terms sales and profit growth objectives.
  • Monitor sale performance, anticipate causes affecting performance, indicate magnitude of impact on sales and provide Management, Operation and Finance with attractive promotion campaigns to raise sales volume.
  • Work with finance and purchasing team to conduct value analysis and ensure favourable COG ratio to sales through cost improvement projects. Continue competitor and pricing. Analysis and try to position our product at the accessible price to customers.
  • Direct, develop, implement and evaluate of effective promotion and advertising programs in cooperation with Advertising Agency. Ensure budgeting control on promotion and advertising expenditure.
  • Maintain through surveys of reliable suppliers, quantitative and qualitative marketing information to help refine advertising and promotional strategies.
  • Seek and develop new products by utilizing Market Research data and develop new product based on finding opportunity to address our customer needs. Work closely with product development team to ensure that our products meet quality standard.
  • Delegate and develop the Marketing Executives to complete the projects under each of the strategies.
  •  Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors

 

Qualification

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree in Marketing or any related fields.
  • Minimum 5 year experience in directing and leading sales and marketing team of international companies.
  • Experience in marketing communication, with good knowledge of restaurant operations and management.
  • Proficiency in English communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong driven for results Strong in innovative and people management
