Job Description

1. Job Purpose:

Ensure that Asset Management, PO and Payment process and closure store process are effective and recording all related data in system properly. Also all supplies, equipment, and relevant services are purchased follow as company’s policy and accounting standards process and ensure that all bills are payment and release is correct.

2. Main Responsibilities:

  • Responsible issue PO, PR and Invoicing for products and services as request for all projects.
  • To analyst capital expenditure data (Capex) for each month.
  • Coordinate with project team and suppliers for detail required in order to get the products and services as per requirement.
  • Responsible for Warehouse’s stock-in and stock-out control. Ensure that all stock data always up to date and correct.
  • Ensuring that orders are fill and supplies are delivered on time as requested by department.
  • Manage a system of controls, procedures, and forms for the recordation fixed assets of write off, closure store and scrap selling.
  • Cost negotiate and control for fixed assets of write off, closure store and scrap selling.
  • Manage tag numbers program to fixed assets. (New Store, Renovate, Closure and Write Off)
  • Prepare and review financial report related to fixed assets of new store and closure store.
  • Reconcile fixed assets with related fixed assets general ledger and coordinate any variances with relevant fixed assets accounting.
  • Prepare audit schedules relating to fixed assets and assist the auditors in their inquiries.
  • Work with department that concerned to get the useful life for depreciation and scrap selling of assets that are comply with the company’s policy and accounting standards.
  • Monitor financial activities and details, such as retention payment ensure that all bills are payment and release is correct.

Other Duties:

  • Adhere to the company’s employee rules & regulations.
  • Attend and contribute to all training sessions, meetings and activities as required.
  • Exercises responsible management and behaviour at all times, positively representing the MFG and Swensen’s.
  • Maintains strong, professional relationship with relevant business partners.
  • Ensure high standards of personal presentation and grooming.
  • Keep the office and working areas clean and tidy at all times.
  • Carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Education:

  • Bachelor Degree in Accounting or related field

Experience:

  • Minimum 10 years experience in procurement/purchasing
