ลักษณะงาน

1. Job Purpose:

This position is responsible for stock management of supply chain & logistics execution for MFG. Coordinate with our suppliers to ensure a least cost on time delivery system that maintains product integrity.

2. Main Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with marketing and operation team to proper manage the promotion to minimize stock out and left over stocks after promotion.  The drivers will be the forecast accuracy and stock monitoring along the promotion. This requires an ongoing communication with all parties to ensure the success.
  • Define inventory policy for each item and ensure all parties implemented the policy properly
  • Work daily with 3PL to ensure the stocks can be supplied with quality to all customers. Also the inventory level at distribution centre will be optimized.
  • Work with 3PL to develop long term relationship. The on-going developments with 3PL are also required to be planned and executed.
  • Identify and execute cost saving and improvement opportunities in supply chain planning and execution area including network planning, inventory optimization, etc. It can be in the process, organization and information technology areas.
  • Work closely with sourcing and quality assurance to ensure the smooth operation especially for the promotion
  • Manage all related projects to ensure the deadline and budget can be met.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

  • Maintains strong, professional relationship with relevant business partners.
  • Ensure high standards of personal presentation and grooming.
  • Keep the office and working areas clean and tidy at all times.
  • Carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualification:

  • At least 3 years direct experience in SCM planning

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Business Administration or related fields.

Experience:

  • Good command of English and computer literacy
  • Strong skills in driving for results
  • Strong in inter-personality and out-going
  • Good in English communication and computer literate
