ลักษณะงาน

 

Job Purpose:

Provide effectiveness and efficiency of the marketing administrative functions. Responsible for the overall management and coordination to fulfillment of planned sales and profit objectives and ensure long-term optimum growth consistent with market trends and conditions.

Main Responsibilities:

 

1.     Execute and follow up marketing programs according to master plan of marketing.

2.     Lead the local store marketing plan to drive sale.

3.     Coordinate with production suppliers to finish all marketing materials and deliver to all stores.

4.     Effective internal communication including all related department and store to understand and get-well coordination for all marketing programs.

5.     Summarize weekly sales and promotion report for weekly meeting.

6.     Prepare presentation of monthly and weekly marketing program for manager meeting.

7.     Help develop on new product and taste test research.

8.     Summarize and control marketing expense under monthly and annual budget.

9.     Coordinate with marketing partner for any co-promotion program.

10.  Coordinate with landlord for any local store marketing program.

11.  Update weekly and monthly competitive activities.

12.  Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.

13.  Coordinate with delivery aggregators to ensure that all promotion and menu are available in all delivery platform.

14.  Coordinate with CRM team to ensure that all member privilege deal available on application.

15.  Prepare marketing communication such as KOLs and Page review for monthly campaign and tracking performance.

16.  Collect data and tracking marketing performance in all campaign, partnership and local store marketing.

17.  In social media (Facebook) to ensure that all message, comment and complain will be response within 1.5 hour and keep update to team.

18. Maintain good working relationship and coordination with Operations team, Purchasing and New Product Development team with a view to ensuring proper implementation of marketing plans consistent with the company-s short and long terms sales and profit growth objectives.

19. Set up attractive promotion campaigns to raise our sale volume.

20. Develop effective promotion and advertising programs for The Coffee Club in cooperation with Advertising Agency. Ensure budgeting control on promotion and advertising expenditure.

21. Responsible for advertising campaign and know details concerning consumers and media publications

22. Develop media plan and seek for new media opportunities to ensure the effectiveness of communication.

23. Work with Purchasing team and Finance to conduct value analysis and ensure favorable Cost of Goods ratio to sales through cost implement project. Continue competitor and pricing analysis and try to position our product at an accessible price to consumers.

24. Provide Marketing related Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly reports to General Manager and Operations Team.

25. Responsible for pre & post analysis of all marketing activities report to GM and Operations Team.

26. Liaise with suppliers on join promotion.

27. Manage relationship, marketing campaigns, support fund with major business partners.

Qualifications:

Proficiency in English communication and presentation skills

Excellence skills in computer literature 

Strong in inter-personality, good analytical skill, detail & result oriented and out-going 

Work well under pressure and limited timeline 

Ability to work independently under minimal supervision

Education:

At least Bachelor Degree in Marketing or any related fields.
