Minor International Public Company Limited (“MINT”) has made an investment in Chicken Time Co., Ltd., Thailand (“Chicken Time”), a chain restaurant company, operating over 40 outlets in Thailand under the popular Bonchon chicken brand. The investment of 100% stake in Chicken Time, will allow Minor Food to operate existing Bonchon stores in Thailand.
