Now that the COVID-19 pandemic that negatively impacted everyone's lives is behind us, we have begun our “new normal” and one of the most essential people in our business is the store manager. He/she is has tirelessly been leading the team and delivering exceptional experiences for beloved customers in every store before, during and after the crisis. Therefore, prioritising and uplifting leadership skills development for these team members is critical to create high-quality work and growth for our businesses. During the conference, which was held on September 14–15, 2022, at the Ambassador City Hotel Jomtien, Pattaya, all Thailand Minor Food store managers attended various workshops and activities around building strong teams, serving better, selling more as well as setting SMART Focus. They were also taken through the Minorverse, an e-learning platform that allows them to learn anywhere, anytime and to collect points. The store manager with the highest number of points received a special award at the event.
In addition, we were honored to have Khun Apailuck Tantrabundit as a guest speaker to coach the store managers through overcoming the fear of failure, finding passion and building a growth mindset to win in the new era with Minor.
