The store manager is one of the most important people who creates the best experience for customers. So, we focus on developing our store managers continuously. The Manager Conference is one of the activities that we organise every year to develop skills for them. This year’s theme was ‘Competing On The World Stage, Better Faster’ at the Royal Cliff Beach Pattaya for 3 days and 2 nights. We aim to develop store managers in 3 areas: build a strong team through the perspective of a good leader, not just the store manager; understand customer persona to serve better; know how to sell more. We do all this so that our store managers are better leaders and create results faster than ever before.

Moreover, we had a famous guest speaker who inspired our store managers. We also had a gala dinner which featured a show produced by our own employees, plus a special performance by Wan Thanakrit, a famous musician and singer. This was all done in an effort to create a great experience for our store managers.
