Job Description

·        Lead consumers research study both qualitative and quantitative that help team to understand consumers insight / trend as well as market movement

·        Design research study methodology that suitable for each brand hypothesis and lead to strategic direction

·        Innovate new strategic studies that useful, up to date, and fully support minor food team to build future direction / grow brand penetration

·        Be a centre of consumers insight that work closely with key stakeholders both brand team and research agencies to design study, identify key take out insights, populate initial brand actions

·        Establish core fundamental brand / product study that enable marketing plan effectiveness including brand tracking, product development pipeline study, pricing / menu optimization, consumers buying reaction study, etc

·        Give guidance and consultant to brand team to decoding consumers’ insight, market movement, related future trend as well as do recommendation for initial brand action plan   

·        Building team capability across brand team to understand research methodology, develop testing material and diagnose study results

Qualification

·       Maintains strong, professional relationship with relevant business partners.

·       Ensure high standards of personal presentation and grooming.

·       Keep the office and working areas clean and tidy at all times.

·       Carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Education

·       Master/Bachelor’s degree in Business Management/ Economics or relevant subjects.

 

Experience

·       Min 5 - 7 years of related experience in brand marketing or research agency

·       Must have consumer research experience/ exposure – both quantitative and qualitative.
