Job Description

Job Purpose:
As a Platform Business Analyst, you will support brands’ marketing and work closely with the Platform Operation Manager and internal Digital teams to implement contents operation and campaign publication.

Main Duties:

  1. Work with the Managers and key brand stakeholders to define the matrix that supports content development and operations
  2. Ensure the overall deliverables and timelines associated with content planning, development, and delivery.
  3. Drive the design-to-development-to-delivery publication plan for campaigns and manage the monthly publication calendar.
  4. Oversee the quality assurance checks on new content publication, features release.
  5. Collect, organize, monitor, and analyze Minor Food Digital product for an opportunity to optimized important product metrics such as app-retention, conversion rate.
  6. Ensure integration of content stakeholders into the track content planning discussions and decisions.
  7. Drive the creation and management of the detailed content operations work back schedule, including integration/dependencies with the overall master WBS related to the monthly publication calendar.
  8. Manage the prioritization of new requests for publication throughout the planning and development phases of the monthly publication calendar.
  9. Manage content operations communication and dissemination of information via weekly content operations meetings, weekly email communications, Team site development and management, and more.
  10. Establish content review checkpoints with content teams and manage expectations and activities against these processes and associated milestones
  11. Work with the Digital Brand Product and Marketing to ensure an integrated solution for digital content channels as they relate to menu and marketing content development.
  12. Other projects/responsibilities, as assigned.

Job Specifications:
Good Command of English.
Experience with Excel and PowerPoint required.
Proactive, friendly, with a sense of responsibility, and can work independently.
Ability to collaborate across department and teams

Qualification

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Analytics or Computer science.

Experience & Qualifications

  • A minimum of 2+ years’ experience in ecommerce, online publication, operations, or process management
