  MDL produces a variety of premium ice cream products and toppings for food brands under Minor Food such as Swensen's, Dairy Queen and Burger King, as well as supplying the same quality ingredients to leading customers outside the group
• Produces a wide range of cheeses and cheese blends including mozzarella, cheddar, string cheese, Parmesan, mascarpone, cream cheese and sour cream. MDL is not only a key supplier to various restaurant operations of its parent, Minor Food, but is also a major supplier to companies in the Thai and regional food services sector.

Job Description

Job Purpose :

ควบคุมงานโครงการ, งานปรับปรุง และงานที่ได้รับมอบหมาย ทั้งที่เป็นส่วนสนับสนุนการผลิต ไอศกรีม, ชีส, พีแคน และห้องเย็น ที่จัดเก็บผลิตภัณฑ์ ของโรงงาน

Main Responsibilities:

งานโครงการ:

• รวบรวมเอกสารอนุมัติโครงการ และเอกสารประกอบการเสนอโครงการ
• จัดทำแผนงานภาพรวมของทั้งโครงการ และอัพเดทแผนงาน
• ควบคุมการดำเนินการงานโครงการ ให้สอดคล้องต่อแผนงาน
• จดบันทึก และจัดทำรายงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• รวบรวมประเด็นปัญหา พร้อมบันทึกและ รายงานให้ผู้บังคับบัญชาทราบ
• จัดเก็บเอกสารเทคนิค ประกอบโครงการ
• การควบคุมผู้รับเหมา งานปรับปรุง และงานโครงการ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
• หากพนักงานตำแหน่งนี้ไม่สามารถปฏิบัติงานด้วยเหตุใดก็ตาม ให้ Supervisor เป็นผู้ปฏิบัติงานแทน

Qualification

Qualifications :

• สุขภาพแข็งแรง
• มีมนุษย์สัมพันธ์ดีและสามารถทำงานเป็นทีมได้
• สามารถใช้โปรแกรมเขียนแบบ ( AUTO-CAD)
• สามารถใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ และอุปกรณ์สำนักงาน

Education (การศึกษา):

• จบปริญญาตรี ในสาขาวิศวกรรม หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง

Experience (ประสบการณ์):

• ประสบการณ์ 3 – 5 ปี ถ้าเคยผ่านการทำงานด้านโรงงาน จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
