Job Description

Job Purpose:

To assist department managers to develop their own training programs; to conduct general training programs; to coordinate the overall training function; monitor and evaluate training activities.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Create yearly training plan HQ employees.
  2. Control yearly training budget and making sure training cost is effective and within budget.
  3. Create content & conduct training programs.
  4. Conduct orientation for new employees.
  5. Lead and organize core values and drive culture, Behaviour for Success, Leadership and Time for You Training courses.
  6. Lead and organize ACU and BLDP training programs.
  7. Develop Talent Tank, Career Succession Program, Individual Development Program and Performance Management for HQ employees.
  8. Work with L&D corporate team to implement all courses related to Learning & Development to the brand.
  9. Create follow-up & tracking processes for HQ employees.
  10. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.

Other Duties:

  1. Adhere to the company’s employee rules & regulations.
  2. Attend and contribute to all training sessions, meetings and activities as required.
  3. Exercises responsible behaviour at all times, positively representing the MFG and Bonchon.
  4. Maintains strong, professional relationship with relevant business partners.
  5. Ensure high standards of personal presentation and grooming.
  6. Carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualification

Qualifications:

  • Strong in inter-personality and leadership skill.
  • Proficiency in English and computer literate.
  • Exceptional creativity and innovation.

Education:

  • At least bachelor’s degree in human resources development or any related fields.

Experience:

  • At least 5 years’ experience in training with proven track record of achievements in people development.
