Job Description

Financial Duties:

  • Prepare and review the monthly, quarterly consolidation of the financial results for the companies, which includes the monthly, quarterly consolidated balance sheet, income statement, equity statement and statement of cash flows 

  • Inventory control in term of inventory turnover and optimize inventory level, including variance analysis for the trading transaction of The Minor Food Group Plc 

  • Keep current on new GAAP pronouncements and reporting requirements as they are released and continuously assess the impact to The Minor Food Group Plc 

  • Assist asset management in asset warehouse.

  • Tax filing at Corporate level

  • Assist, as necessary, with the monthly or quarterly internal audit reports and risk management reports to Minor International Plc

  • Collaborate with GSSC,GBS and IT in the cost analysis and track the performance in line with the yearly budget and forecast

  • Identify and drive process improvements, including the create of standard and ad-hoc reports, tools, robotic process automation (RPA) and Power BI

  • Control Data Management System (DMS) in corporate finance policies and procedures in Global Finance SharePoint

  • Assist finance executives to oversee the analysis of budget variance and report financial performance and accounting information

  • Supporting financial information to IR and TRIS

  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Administrative Duties:

  • Coordinate and monitor all appointments, meetings, and training to ensure that schedule are logged, traced and compliance if required from law and specific requirement from related government units.

  • Organize airline, travel reservations for finance executives and associates as required from government etc.

  • Handle correspondence for all applications such as regret letter, guest complain, inquiring, confirmation, contract from internal/external parties and any reference.

  • Manage document retention for Corporate Finance.
