Be responsible for local store marketing activities and communication programs for Swensen-s business in Thailand which will result in the fulfilment of planned sales and revenue long-term optimum growth.
- Be responsible for local store marketing to support all Swensen’s equity stores across Thailand market, and also leading and running promotion and marketing programmes to solve the red and loss stores problems.
- Assist in developing marketing strategy and planning for domestic market to ensure marketing & operations excellence, sales and customers target achievement.
- Develop budget sales & marketing expenses for each store to be used in annual plan.
- Ensure operation team to support marketing program implementation.
- Monitor and follow up on sales results to achieve target.
- Approve any materials which use our logo prior to development.
- Develop impact grand opening programs for new stores opening that build brand awareness in local community and drive traffic to stores.
- Identify concerned areas and develop promotions & activities to support stores.
- Meeting with operation team to discuss issues/ concerns and support them accordingly.
- Provide feedback to brand team on local marketing activities, analyse the result and plan to make it better
- Minimum bachelor degree in Marketing or any related fields.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales and marketing or operations in food retail business
- Able to travel upcountry or oversee trip, overnight travel is required
- Proficiency in English and computer literate.
