Job Description

  • Lead Loyalty partnership program with both internal Minor Food Group and external business partners.
  • Define, Plan and Develop Loyalty Partnership programs that align with Group/Stakeholders requirements and business objectives.
  • Responsible for Loyalty Partnership program performance in driving the cross-brand member frequency and sales.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to enhance each Brand’s Loyalty program performance.
  • Develop the solid partnership proposal that show the win-win business objectives as well as drive the group collaboration.
  • Drive the relationship with Brands, Internal Stakeholders, and 3rd Party partners to build the successful Group’s Loyalty program.
  • Create and monitor Partnership Loyalty program KPIs, P&L and ongoing reporting to measure program effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Partner with the analytics teams within Loyalty and across the organization to ensure program are designed to deliver the target results.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in MBA, majoring in Marketing, Business and IT Management or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years working experiences in well-known CRM/Loyalty Program, Digital Marketing, or Campaign Management.
  • Strong in Interpersonal, Communication, Presentation and Negotiation skills.
  • Be customer focus and data driven decision-making .
  • Familiar with CRM management platform, BI tool or related digital platform.
  • Experience with customer analysis and data visualization reporting is a plus.
