Be responsible for the overall management and coordination of Swensen's products, which will result in the fulfillment of planned sales and profit objectives and ensure long-term optimum growth consistent with market trends and conditions.
- Responsible for Swensen’s marketing communication direction (TVC, OOH, In-Mall, In-Store, Digital)
- rief and coordinate with multiple stakeholders, both internal and external, for each marketing campaign
- Review and give feedback on all marketing communication materials from agencies to ensure alignment with branding / current campaign
- Analytical ability to understand performance of each marketing campaign
- Understanding of food market, trends, and consumers needs
- Branding background (preferably has experience as brand manager at established companies)
- Age 30-35
- International graduate (New gen)
- Passionate about food with drive and energy
- Strong sense of ownership and ability operate without set system (standard requirement for all Minor employee)
- Ability to coordinate, communicate and manage multiple parties (multiple external agencies and multiple internal stakeholders)
