Job Description

Job Purpose:

To co-ordinate & plan sale of the company’s products to external customers, and make sure that products can definitely meet customer needs with 100 % customer satisfaction, in accordance with the business development department & company’s policy

 

Main Responsibilities:

  • Act as a leader in operations, sales and business development to ensure that products and new product samples meet customer needs and increase customer satisfaction

  • Generate new product ideas and expand external sales

  • Build strong relationship with all key stakeholders 

  • Conduct marketing research as well as analyze and predict demand and market price trends. 

  • Plan, Monitor, and control overall performance, in order to achieve the department’s goals required by regulatory & company policies. 

  • Encourage subordinates in the department to follow the quality system: GMP, safety regulations, and other operational standards.

  • Prepare and manage annual budget of the department effectively.

  • Ensure that subordinates have knowledge and understanding of the capabilities that are crucial to the organization’s success.

  • Work as assigned by line managers.

Qualification

 

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration/ Marketing/ Food Science or related field
  • At least 5 year experience in Key Account, sales and business development in the food industry.

  • Initiatives in response to customer demand and keep pace with market trends.

  • Able to communicate in English

  • Strong Leadership and can perform analysis

  • Problem solving skill

  • Great computer and problem solving skills
  • Ability to drive and travel between Bangkok and Nakornrachasima a few time a week.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and high creativity
