Job Description

The customer identity is the core of a digital experience which touch all aspects of the customer journey and are critical to all functions such as security, payments, navigation and customer engagement.

Minor is seeking a Product Manager (Customer Data Management) to support Minor Food Businesses in bringing their ideas to market by translating business requirements into data product solutions for customer facing channels and internal platforms, developing a product roadmap for these features and driving adoption among stakeholders. This person will work with data engineers, data scientists, and analysts to develop data product that help maximize the potential of our data.

  • Implementation of CIAM solutions onto Minor Food channels
  • Design a data collection framework to standardise and operationalise the collection of customer data on Minor Food channels
  • Mapping and consolidation of existing data for downstream utilisation
  • Liaise with stakeholders to onboard data into the Minor Environment, including data requirements and data submission process
  • Monitor and report customer data metrics pertaining to data quality and channel utilisation
  • Document data quality errors and providing analysis of trends
  • Participate in review of existing processes and support implementation of improvements to achieve higher efficiency and effectiveness
  • Support new data initiatives and propose new solutions
  • Identifies data patterns & trends, and provides insights to enhance business decision making capability in business planning, process improvement, solution assessment etc.
  • Craft data into a presentable presentation, collaborate with team to provide actionable insights that will be used to support or devise new marketing strategies
  • Collaborate with marketing team and BI to build performance dashboards for regular tracking, provide insights based on data to assist in business decisions


  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, good in identifying data issues and articulating recommendations to stakeholders
  • Understands, can participate in, and lead solutions design
  • Strong project management, leadership, and organization skills (Scrum certification desired)
  • Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Access, Visio, Project, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Well versed in a Database programming language (SQL & Python)
  • Exposure or knowledge in data visualization tool, Power BI is an advantage
  • Comfortable in attaining new skills through use of new technology tools and systems
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to work with large volume of data
  • Inquisitive, self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Entrepreneurial mindset; effective at breaking down complex problems and driving and managing change
  • Hands-on mentality


  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, business administration or related field



  • At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in design, development, management or operations of data driven solutions
  • Experience in data modelling is a plus
