Job Description
Business.
· Targets and coordinates catering sales efforts. The job involves initiation and development of quality leads to ensure growth of catering sales
· Achieve sales target and budget , labour cost , analyze and improve cost of goods and profitabilities
· Ensure good public relations efforts as requires enhancing and preserving a good company image.
· Work with R&D , OM to develope , implement , control all operation procedure and lead the execution of service standards
· Plan and organize all catering activities
· Targets and coordinates catering sales efforts. The job involves initiation and development of quality leads to ensure growth of catering sales.
· Coordinate and assist in menu planning and pricing
· Determining customer requirements and proposing catering options.
People
· Lead the team to create, develop catering procedures / systems and operational manual.
· Co-ordinate with brands & other function to setup / manage catering system standards
Customer
· Ensure 100% customer satisfaction at all time
· Work with OM on a daily basis ensure high quality level of Q.S.C. standard with emphasis on customer service while adhering to all health and safety company standards and procedures.
· Resolves & manage customer issues & complaints on a timely basis
Qualification
Qualifications:
· Good in English communication
· Good in computer literate in Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Education:
· At least Bachelor Degree in Business Management or any related fields
Experience:
· At least 5 year experience in management of Food and Service Operations
