Minor Food and EFG signed a 10-year agreement for relentless expansion in Cambodia.

Minor Food and Express Food Group (EFG) signed a 10-year agreement to open many new Swensen's stores in Cambodia and Laos. Mr. Anupon Nitiyanant, General Manager of Swensen’s Thailand and Mr. Saidtavut Phataichant, Operation Director International Franchise, signed this agreement with Mr. Martin Darby, Managing Director of EFG, and Mr. Virak Tep, General Manager of EFG in Cambodia.

This collaboration also includes the launch of The Pizza Company and Swensen's integrated into the same place with a perfect design. It blends the No. 1 pizza brand in Cambodia with Swensen’s, a premium ice cream brand. This will create a new happy dine-in experience for relaxation and spending quality time with your family and friends.

Anupon Nitiyanant, General Manager of Swensen’s Thailand, described EFG as a significant partner and respected operator of The Pizza Company and Swensen's brands in Cambodia, Laos, and Myanmar and expressed how happy Minor Food International is to sign this new ten-year agreement covering the expansion and growth of the Swensen's brand in Cambodia and Laos. With the signing of this agreement and earlier long-term agreements covering The Pizza Company, Minor Food has ensured future investment growth plans for both key brands for the next ten years.

This is a crucial step for Minor Food since it cements our position as a global leader in the food industry. We are committed to ensuring the long-term success of the brands and our business partners relentlessly.
