ลักษณะงาน

Have responsible for the administration of various aspects of the store to ensure it meets the company’s requirements and the policies. Good in Operation management (Operations Standard), and able to be an adviser on coaching plans and managing employees. In addition, this position has a responsibility to coordinate with other fields both within/out of the organization. To ensure the customer has appreciated our service and quality of foods.    

1. Customer Service Management

       1.1 To check-up and give a suggestion/ feedback to employees on both service and quality of foods sections

       1.2 To check the customers’ satisfaction by asking for comments from them (customers)

       1.3 Be able to solve the problems immediately with polite manners and attitude (to contribute 100% satisfaction to customers).     

       1.4 Be able to manage and drive the shop to meet the QSC

2. Sale Management

       2.1 Be able to manage sales and organize the sales policy

       2.2 Be able to follow up and explain the sale promotion to employees. To ensure they understand the benefits of promotion.

       2.3 Giving a suggestion and comment to increase the sale

       2.4 To prepare and produce the products

3. Cost management and maintaining the expenses  

       3.1 Be able to organize to order the stock for the next day

       3.2 To check the inventory and analysis cost

       3.3 Maintain the expense within the shop

       3.4 To record and prepare the expense list form

4. Personnel Management

       4.1 Recruitment and selection

       4.2 Training and development

       4.3 Manage and arrange the working table

       4.4 Appraisal/ Promotion/ Warning 

       4.5 Payroll under the company’s policy and law

 5. General coordination and management 

6.  Perform other duties as required

คุณสมบัติ

1. Male/ Female age between 28- 36 years old

2. At least Bachelor’s degree in any fields

3. At least 2 years experienced in Restaurant or Hotel

4. Good interpersonal skill and serviced minded

5. Excellent presentation and communications skills

6. Able to work on shift- time
