ลักษณะงาน

  • Facilitate and manage stages 1 & 2 of the MFIT NPD process.
  • Remain a brand / category culinary champion – to be nominated
  • Create new innovative products or concepts and with complete documentation recipes, methods of preparation, cookery, cogs
  • Lead stage 2 (Internal brand and customer) food tastings to within department governance
  • Adjust new product recipes until approved by customers and parked in NPD library.
  • Be the culinary expert supporting stage 3 commercialisation by brand team.
  • Benchmark recipes and ideas from competitors globally and develop new product range concepts.
  • Co-ordinate with SCM and engage with suppliers for ingredient and product demonstrations inline with department governance.
  • Work with marketing teams to support customer empathy validation.
  • Works cross functionally with members of the culinary team providing positive support as directed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

คุณสมบัติ

  • Food sensory and Cookery skills.
  • Be self-motivated, a strong team player and able to work under pressure
  • Good command of English and computer literacy
  • Preferably from QSR and casual dining background

Education:

  • Bachelor Degree or above in Food technology, Food Science, Biotechnology, Agro-Industry or related field

Experience:

  • At least 5-year experience in Research and Develop new product for food Services, hotel or retail industry would be advantage
