Job Purpose:
As the Senior Manager - Growth Marketing & Partnership, your role is pivotal in driving our organization’s growth and expanding our market reach by using data-driven insights. Your focus will be on data analysis and identification of innovative marketing opportunities, forging strategic partnerships, and creating sustainable growth opportunities. With a deep understanding of our business objectives, industry landscape, and customer dynamics, you will be instrumental in shaping the company’s growth trajectory and ensuring its long-term success.
Main Duties:
- Growth strategy development: Develop a comprehensive growth strategy that aligns with the organization’s goals, identifying key growth opportunities, target markets, and customer segments.
- Partnership development: Identify and nurture strategic partnerships that enhance our product offerings, market presence, and brand reputation. Build relationships with key partners and negotiate agreements to drive mutual growth.
- Data-driven insights: Utilize data analytics to gain actional insights to recommend to brand teams.
- KPI Tracking: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and performance metrics, continuously monitoring and reporting on the effectiveness of marketing and partnership efforts.
- Digital Customer Journey: Leverage insights & analysis to translate into strategy & workplans that Brand & Digital Product teams can action and measure impact.

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
- Min +10 years of related experience with strong senior stakeholder management
- Proven experience in a leadership role within growth marketing, partnership development, or a related field
- Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and achieving key performance metrics
- Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in data-driven decision-making
- Excellent negotiation, relationship-building, and communication skills
- A deep understanding of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices
- Comprehensive E-commerce track record; demonstrating strategic experience with executional competence.
- Experience working across broad portfolio – either multiple brands or multiple countries
