ลักษณะงาน

• This function aims to improve our Selected store performance execution. Responsible for customized Local marketing with different development of Cluster (e.g. Urban, Rural, Tourist) with specific calendars and programs; including areas such as promotions, and events. 
• Owns, develops, coordinates and cascades in-store promotional activities, in-store program and execution to other parties.
• Monitors results of campaign/program and ensure excellence execution.
• Deal and work closely with related parties both internal and external.
• Monitor market retail trend and competitors to identify opportunities and learning analysis.

คุณสมบัติ

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Science, Data Analytics and or related fields.
• Experience in Retail Operations / Retail Marketing/ Sale and Commercial is a plus.
• Strong business acumen.
• Enthusiastic / proactive / flexible.
• Persuasive but collaborative working attitude.
• Proven ability to Analytic data.
• Strong influencing skills essential.
• Strong presentation skills with English proficiency.
