ลักษณะงาน

Job Purpose:

Responsible for the overall management and coordination of Swensen's brand, which will result in the fulfillment of planned sales and profit objectives and ensure long-term optimum growth consistent with market trends and conditions.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITY

• Assistant when have Photo shooting and VDO production
• Manage, develop creativity guideline and own always-on promotion via Offline side [based for Dine-in, Take Home and Take Away]
• Coordinate with relevant agencies (Creative and Offline graphic team)
• Coordinate and work closely with operations and other relevant teams within Swensen’s on various projects and task as necessary
• Coordinate with production supplier which base for offline in-store media

คุณสมบัติ

Job Specifications:

• 2-4 years experience in media production, especially photo shooting and VDO production [TVC production would be advantages]
• Creativity is a must
• Key Visual and Offline media experience will be advantages
• Curiously, Passionate and never give up easily
• Precisely skill in THAI language (Reading and Writing)
• Fluent in both Thai and English
• Ability to debate based on logic
• Flexible and be active, can work by 24/7 if in case of urgent
• Strong problem solving skills
• Strong sense of ownership
• Time management skills
• Ability to learn on the job and learn fast     
• Ability to work under pressure
• Ability to handle multiple project at once
• Strong commercial sense
• Young generation talent candidate
