ลักษณะงาน

• Digital Program Manager will work closely with internal stakeholders (i.e. GMs, finance, logistics, support, etc.) to develop systems, tools, dashboards, and processes missing from the digital team; aiming to improve performance, communication, and visibility between digital and the rest of the organization.

• *Define, develop, and own initiatives that remove blockers and improve the overall performance of the digital team.

• *Research, develop and own relationships with external third-parties (ex. 3PL, analytics) to ensure digital has the partners required to be successful in global ecommerce and delivery.

• *Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to develop, collect, and report on functional KPIs to ensure that the heath and effectiveness all projects and initiatives can be monitored over time.

• Manage individual project priorities, deadlines and deliverables.

คุณสมบัติ

• BSc, Master’s further education or experience in engineering, computer science or other technical related field.
• Strong digital and operations experience from any sector, such as; Payments, Retail, FMCG, eCommerce, gambling, gaming, finance, fintech, Travel, Holidays, Airlines, tobacco, Marketplaces, Classifieds, Media etc.
• Experience communicating technical concepts, questions and problems for non-technical stakeholders.
• A solid understanding of web services, delivery or eCommerce platform support
• Strong interest in process improvement – you love finding ways to make processes more efficient and streamlined.

• Established success in areas of impact for influence, cross-group collaboration, and focus on positive outcomes.
• Proven sense of high accountability and self-drive to take on and see through big challenges
• Must be a self-starter, organized and detail oriented.
• Ability to partner with others to creatively solve challenging business/technology problems; proven success in working in matrixed organizations with a high degree of demonstrated executive maturity and impact for influence.
• Critical thinking & Analytical skills.
• Flexible communication skills that can provide clarity to audiences that include customers, peers and executive leadership.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and effectively.
