ลักษณะงาน

 

Job Description:

As a Project Management Admin, you will support the project management team for vendor payment related; including PR/PO/Good receive, invoice process, as well as IT budget submission.  

Responsibilities

  • Preparing quotations for submitting PR and issuing PO to vendors
  • Consolidate invoices per brand to Product manager to sign off
  • Submit invoice and perform good receive in the system
  • Follow up approvers to complete PR/PO/Good Receive process
  • Point of contact for external vendors and internal team regarding IT vendor payment issues
  • Submit IPC to request IT budget as per requested by Product team, follow up approvers to complete and then request PA Code from GSSC
  • Provide status update to supervisor
  • Ad hoc job as assigned by supervisor

คุณสมบัติ

  • A minimum of 3+ years’ experience in office admin/procurement/accounting/payment processing
  • Strong interpersonal, collaboration, well-organized and very in details of work
  • Multi-tasking skills, be able to prioritize works
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines with attention to details and quality
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel)
  • Fluent communication, written and verbal skills both Thai and English
  • Understand concept of CAPEX/OPEX/IT is an advantage
