The duty of creating the best customer experience does not just belong to the store staff, but it is the duty of all Minor Food staff. The annual Minor Food Customer Day is a day for all our staff at the head office, who are in the supporting role, to work for any of the stores within the 7 brands of Minor Food. It is an opportunity for everyone to experience working at real stores, to learn and understand our customers’ needs, and to identify new opportunities that enable the best ‘Customer Experience’ every time our customers come to our store.
