Job Description

Job Purpose:

Carried out the day to day HR and administration of the company ensuring administration system, company policies, procedures are followed, effective recruitment & selection, effective payroll & compensation to support the smooth operation of business whilst maintaining a high degree of employee satisfaction and focusing on customers’ satisfaction and proactively involve in operational personnel recruitment to achieve business unit goals including finding qualified people who align with business requirements within the deadline. 

Main Responsibility:

  1. Ensuring HR administration systems and company policies and procedures are followed. Including, but not limited to, recruitment, promotions, transfers, personnel administration, employee relations, payroll and compensation, and staff benefits.
  2. Implement and maintain all human resources policies relating to Monitor HR payroll and administer Compensation and Benefits at store level.
  3. Handle basic function of HR inquiries.
  4. Organize various activities including CSR activities, staff party, manager’s conference and other activities as assigned by supervisors.
  5. Set up effective communication channels with stores such as newsletter, PR, memos etc.
  6. Ensure exit interviews conducted and taken into action for all staffs terminating their employment.
  7. Ensure job descriptions and person specifications are developed, updated and communicated on a regular basis for all positions.
  8. Ensure orientation program is conducted for new joiners.
  9. Coordinate trainee and apprenticeship program, including monitoring of performance.
  10. Assist with the organization of meetings, trainings, outings and other events.
  11. Participate  in training & development, meetings and other development programs
  12. Ensure that monthly/ daily working hour report is completed on a timely basis.
  13. Ensure that Monthly turnover and resignation report is completed on a timely basis.
  14. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

 

Recruitment Duties:

  1. Implement and develop recruitment and selection for job vacancies to replace current position or fill in new position according to each store requirement.
  2. Responsible for maintaining as active source of potential employees to ensure throughout the stores is staffed.
  3. Coordinate with academic institute, University and involved government sectors in order to get job application.
  4. Coordinate with human resource liaison and responsible person for Job Fair.
  5. Manage and prepare sufficient recruitment pack to meet requirement.
  6. Contact store manager and area coach to set up job application and interview.
  7. Follow up for recruitment result from store manager and area coach.
  8. Coordinate with academic institute and university for MOU project.
  9. In-conjunction with academic institute and company regarding with student trainee.
  10. Responsible for executive result of student trainee according to MOU project. 
  11. Responsible for monthly, quarterly and yearly report of personnel recruitment and MOU project.          
  12. Initiate and plan for new channel of new source of recruitment.
  13. Ensure that Recruitment daily/ weekly report is completed on a timely basis.
  14. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Qualification

Education:

Minimum bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Management or any related fields.

Experience:

Minimum 2 years relevant experience in HR or recruitment field with international companies.
