Job Description

Job Purpose:

This role will be responsible for maximizing the value of the company’s property portfolio through proactive lease negotiations, landlord and tenant management, asset optimization, and strategic property initiatives.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end lease negotiations (new leases, renewals, rent reviews, terminations, and amendments) to ensure favorable terms for the company.
  • Manage a portfolio of assets and properties, ensuring operational efficiency, cost control, and value enhancement.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, brokers, property managers, and external partners.
  • Conduct market analysis to support negotiations and identify opportunities for portfolio growth, cost savings, or repositioning.
  • Monitor lease agreements to ensure compliance with contractual obligations and timely execution of critical dates.
  • Lead property performance reviews including occupancy and revenue generation
  • Manage disputes and conflict resolution regarding property and lease issues.
  • Collaborate with legal, finance, development, and other internal teams for effective contract management and due diligence.
  • Provide strategic recommendations on asset repositioning, disposal, acquisition, or redevelopment opportunities.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Business Administration, Real Estate, Law, Finance, or related fields.
  • At least 5 year’s experience in property management, asset management, or real estate negotiation.
  • Excellent knowledge/ experience/ passion in food / retail business
  • Strong leadership and managerial skills
  • Strong enabler of result-driven work culture
  • Strong people management and development
