Minor Dairy Limited and Minor Cheese Limited were founded in 1991 with manufacturing facilities in Nakornratchasima province.

MDL produces a variety of premium ice cream products and toppings for food brands under Minor Food such as Swensen's, Dairy Queen and Burger King, as well as supplying the same quality ingredients to leading customers outside the group - Produces a wide range of cheeses and cheese blends including mozzarella, cheddar, string cheese, Parmesan, mascarpone, cream cheese and sour cream. MDL is not only a key supplier to various restaurant operations of its parent, Minor Food, but is also a major supplier to companies in the Thai and regional food services sector.
Job Description
Job Purpose :
- Responsible for the overall production organization, direction and control of the production , related operational functions, and profits.
- Driving budget revenues, commercial sales, and MDL factory related profits.
- Ensuring the MDL product meets established quality, timely delivery and cost requirement, including profitable results.
Main Responsibilities :
- Monitoring overall of MDL production to ensure effective coordination day by day activities of the MDL factory in order to meet the company’s production objectives.
- Developing, implementing and maintaining the company’s production food quality and food Safety management system.
- Utilizing manpower with maximum efficiency.
- Leads, encourages and motivates all subordinates in their sphere of responsibility to meet department goals and objectives.
- Controlling the products produced from Production lines to deliver good quality compliance with standard specifications and HACCP program, including maintain the Production related machines and areas at all time clean and hygienic corresponding to GHP requirements.
- Driving revenues in commercial sales by involving in New Product Development Process and manage all Production resources to deliver targeted MDL factory profits.
- Reporting on the performance of the company’s production system to top management for improvement of the production system.
- Initiating action to prevent the occurrence of nonconformity’s relating to the company’s product quality and Service Level.
- Ensuring that all relevant of the production plan is effectively implemented.
- Prepare and control annual budget & CAPEX for Production.
- Recommend candidates, involve in selection process-appraises and process disciplinary action for Production personnel with the approval of the Vice-President & Factory Director.
- Responsible for create and maintain Production people safety culture and workplace.
- Create and maintain activities to support Company sustainability program.
- Communicate regularly upward and downward levels regarding challenges impacting production.
- Other duties as assigned by the Vice-President Manufacturing & Factory Director.
Qualification
Qualifications :
- Good command of spoken and written in English and computer literacy.
- Self-motivation, team spirit and strong leadership, open-minded, adaptability, customer focus, and result oriented characteristics.
- Able to work independently and analytical is a problem – solving environment.
Education :
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in related field (preferably in food science/technology, bio-technology, agricultural technology, microbiology, chemistry, food engineering, engineering and other related fields.)
Experience :
Minimum 10 years experiences in operational or manufacturing management in the Well-known organization
