Job Description
Job purpose:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Marketing Manager to oversee our e-commerce, food delivery channels, website and application optimization, and in-store digital experiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong commercial mindset and a passion for driving growth through digital marketing initiatives. This role will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance our online presence, optimize in-store technology, and maximize revenue opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
E-Commerce Strategy and Execution:
- Develop and execute comprehensive e-commerce strategies to drive online sales and enhance the customer experience across digital channels.
- Manage and optimize product listings, promotions, and merchandising on our e-commerce platforms.
Food Delivery Channel Management:
- Oversee partnerships with third-party food delivery services to maximize sales and customer satisfaction.
- Implement strategies to increase brand visibility and sales within food delivery apps.
Own Website and Application Optimization:
- Lead efforts to optimize the user experience on our website and mobile app, ensuring seamless navigation and transaction processes.
- Collaborate with IT and design teams to implement updates and improvements based on user feedback and analytics.
In-Store Digital Experience:
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance in-store digital experiences, including self-service kiosks, table service, and table ordering.
- Work with technology partners to integrate and maintain digital ordering systems and ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Analyze data from in-store digital tools to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Digital Marketing Campaigns:
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to support e-commerce, delivery channel growth, and in-store digital initiatives, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media.
- Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies to achieve KPIs and ROI targets.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Utilize analytics tools to monitor performance metrics, customer behavior, and market trends.
- Prepare and present regular reports on e-commerce, digital channel, and in-store digital performance to senior management.
Qualification
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or a related field.
- Proven track record of driving online sales and managing digital marketing campaigns.
- Experience in the food service or retail industry is preferred.
- Experience with in-store digital technology and customer experience optimization.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing tools, and analytics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think strategically and execute methodically.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Familiarity with digital ordering systems and in-store technology solutions.
