Job Description

Main Duties:

• Defines and aligns functional and operational specifications for data collection and utilisation based on business requirements
• Liaise with stakeholders to onboard data into the Minor Environment, including data requirements and data submission process
• Investigate and resolve data exceptions and data quality issues
• Handle operational and non-routine questions pertaining to data from external parties
• Handle the necessary operational setup required to support the data submission process in the Minor system
• Report data quality measurements at the end of each reporting cycle
• Document data quality errors and provide analysis of trends
• Participate in review of existing processes and support implementation of improvements to achieve higher efficiency and effectiveness
• Maintain dashboards to ensure robust data operations process
• Support new data initiatives and propose new solutions to project team

Qualification

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, business administration or related field
• At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in design, development, management or operations of data driven solutions
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, good in identifying data issues and articulating recommendations to stakeholder
• Understands, can participate in and lead solutions design
• Strong project management, leadership, and organization skills (Scrum certification desired)
• Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Access, Visio, Project, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Well versed in a Database programming language (SQL & Python)
• Exposure or knowledge in data visualization tool, Power BI is an advantage
• Comfortable in attaining new skills through use of new technology tools and systems
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work with large volume of data
