Job Description

As UX CX Specialist, you will be responsible for understanding the consumer, the brand and the competition of all Minor Food Brands.  You will be able to map the customer journey across all commerce channels, online, retail and omni.  You will be a part of the Product development team to uncover opportunities and new innovative approaches to engage, acquire and convert customers across channels.  As part of this, you will work with both internal and external teams to conceptualize the user experience and develop the ideas into wireframes and user flow.  You are also required to have good understanding of digital media, web and mobile analytics.

Responsibilities:

User experience strategy – Ability to define the problem areas and develop elegant and innovative solutions. Translate business requirements into user experience strategy, design and functionality.  Analyse data like drop off, exit, acquisition and conversion rates into optimization strategy and recommendations.  Assist in analyse content and copy of UI interfaces.

User research - Experienced with a variety of research techniques like UX analysis, usability and user testing, analytics, A/B testing and consumer surveys/interviews.  Work with other teams to develop client workshops and analyse the information gathered.  Ability to effectively communicate and defend your research and recommendations using qualitative and quantitative lens. 

Information architecture and interaction design - Create wireframes, sitemaps and user journey flows from information collected from UX/CX research.  Ability to communicate these plans to the UI team or vendors into a final product for production.  Ability to guide the interaction development of the UI.

 

Qualification

●       Bachelor’s Degree in Interactive Design, IS/IA, Web Design, Psychology or related degrees

●       4-6 years of Experience Design work experience

●       Proficient with wireframing, user journey mapping, interface design, user flow diagrams

●       Experience conducting User Testing, consumer research, 1st & 2nd research, persona / psychographic development

●       Proficient with Web & App analytics, Qualitative – Quantitative analysis

●       Ability to lead and own UX projects and facilitate UX workshops

●       Knowledge of user interface design standards, concepts, and philosophy

●       Ability to successfully and effectively present UX research and recommendations

●       Experience designing and developing UX or CX workshops
