Congratulations to the students of MSC Thai Culinary School, which is part of Minor Food Group, that won 8 medals from Thailand’s International Culinary Cup (TICC) 2019 organised by Thailand Chef Association. This included 1 silver medal from The Best of Culinary (3 Course Freestyle) category and 7 bronze medals from The Best of Culinary (3 Course Freestyle), Thai Modern, Thai Classic and World Street Food category.
The success of our MSC students begins with their training and learning of the recipes in depth through the sharing of real-life experience from professional chefs at MSC. It helps our students to advance their culinary skills to the next level and prepare them to be professional chefs in the future. It has also reaffirmed the commitment in the development of people at Minor Food which has been continued for many years to develop both our employees and students at MSC. This has enabled us to unleash their potential to be the best and create tangible success in national competitions.
