Suvat Kulphaichit, the GM of The Coffee Club (Thailand),received the award from the Minister of Labor of Thailand and the Country Head and partner of Kincentric Thailand at Hyatt Regency Sukhumvit, Bangkok.
This award initiative by Kincentric--the global Human Resource consultant--and Sasin School of Management has been been promoted for 18 consecutive years. The award aims to explore the factors to increase competitive business advantages through human resources in addition to recognizing the best employers in the Asia-Pacific region. The award measures four aspects: employee engagement, level of trust, organization agility in disruption era, and talent retention. These four areas have continuously been the key Human Resource focus for The Coffee Club (Thailand).
