ลักษณะงาน

Job Purpose:

Plan, execute, and monitor multi-channel loyalty marketing campaigns. Ensuring it is delivering the best experience that will create customer engagement and loyalty.

Main Responsibilities:

• Loyalty Program Strategy
  • Assist in developing and implementing a comprehensive loyalty marketing strategy aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Design and manage customer loyalty programs to increase customer engagement, retention, and lifetime value.
• Campaign Planning, Execution and Reporting
  • Collaborate with brand marketing teams to develop compelling campaign assets and personalize campaigns and messaging that are relevant to the target audience.
  • Implement campaign and reporting mechanisms to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide detailed insights into campaign effectiveness.
• Campaign Communication
  • Develop effective direct communication strategies to engage and educate customers about loyalty programs, promotions, and exclusive offers.
  • Manage and create personalize customer communication message via Push, Inbox, SMS, LINE and other relevant platforms.
  • Ensuring communication cost-effective campaign execution and maximum return on investment.
• Campaign and Market Update Trend
  • Stay beyond of food-business trends and competitive to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in marketing campaign and more.
• Data Analysis and Insights
  • Collaborate with the loyalty data analysis team to find the right customer segmentation, utilizing customer data and analytics to gain insights into customer behavior, preferences, and trends.
  • Regularly evaluate campaign performance, providing actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.

Other Duties:

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Brand Marketing, Tech Team, Channels Team, and external vendor, to ensure alignment and integration of loyalty initiatives with overall business strategies.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum experience 3-5 years in CRM marketing or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of customer behavior, segmentation, and campaign management.
• Advantageous experience in marketing automation tools, CRM systems.
• Ability to plan and strategize local campaigns relevant for local consumers.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication skills to liaise with cross-functional teams.
